Too much break tension on vinyl film causes the print to curl. This leads to edge de- lamination.

in wrapping the rollers or damaging them.)

4. Load the premask onto the laminator and web it up
5. Premask the decal
6. Un-web and remove the premask
7. Mount the graphic and peel off the premask
