AGL 36

The AGL 36 industrial laminator was designed to apply multiple lanes of pressure sensitive adhesive transfer tape to membrane switch assemblies for the automotive industry. Production requirements dictated a 24/7 duty cycle capability. This machine features, a differential airshaft assembly equipped with fully automatic transducer tension control system, static elimination, segmented aluminum infeed table for precise product infeed control and plasma coated web path idler rollers. The laminator also includes cantilevered supply stations for operator ease of loading, an operator control panel with forward/reverse/jog functions and six emergency-stop switches.
