This machine was designed specifically for the printing industry, combining two materials together to make a very unique product for the wide format graphics market. With laminating speeds of up to 50 feet per minute, this machine truly brings high production lamination to life. Airshafts and safety chucks allow for heavy rolls of material, up to 750 pounds, while lateral side shifting safety chucks give operators the ability to shift supply rolls left or right to keep webs aligned while running. With transducer auto-tension controllers, establishing unwind tension setpoints is as simple as entering a setpoint and letting the laminator do the rest by maintaining your set-point from start to finish. With custom applications like this, AGL continues to engineer ground-breaking designs in new markets using its vast knowledge of industrial laminating principals.

• Lower rear bi-directional rewind station with a 6" airshaft and safety chucks
