Presenting the AGL 64B
Advanced Greig Laminators, Inc (AGL) located in Deforest, Wisconsin would like to introduce the first ever 64B laminator. This laminator is an unique spin-off of our 64 series with a single bottom heated nip roller specifically requested by our customer. With the ability to warm up their printed media during the lamination process, they’re able to minimize any potential stretching that may happen from warming their over-laminate, while still eliminating silvering. With the addition of 2 unwind supply station airshafts, rotary edge trimming, and an unwind slitter, the 64B is a true high production roll to roll laminator.
Other features of this machine include:
- 2 cantilevered unwind supply airshafts
- 1 Release liner windup
- 1 Rear product windup
- Bottom heated nip roller from ambient to 320 degrees Fahrenheit
- High release silicone rollers - for easy cleaning
- AGL’s RTS (repeatable tensioning system) digital unwind brakes
- Variable Speed Control 0 to 20 fpm
- Removable in-feed table
- Laminates up to 62-inch-wide films and medias
- Emergency stop switches and safety tape switches
- Rotary dial shim stops for preset nip roll gap adjustment - adjustable from -1/16 to 3/4 inch
